Nestlé Professional Announces Recall on Minor’s Products

One of Nestlé’s suppliers, Basic Food Flavors, Inc., has issued a recall on Hydrolyzed Vegetable Proteins (HVP) purchased from them on or after September 17, 2009 because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Nestlé Professional is issuing a voluntary recall on Minor’s and custom non-proprietary products due the potential impact of the Basic Food Flavors, Inc. recall. More details (pdf).
