Shift Leader
The Shift Leader is responsible for assisting the management team in running daily store operations, including customer service, cash management, inventory management, stocking, store conditions, and operating a cash register. In addition, most of our divisions offer tuition assistance and profit sharing. Our stores are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day and close at 6 p.m. on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. The ideal Shift Leader candidate must have one to two years of previous customer service and supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. They will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. Associate's degree preferred.
