Each year we select one person, from each business unit, from among the Gold Club Award winners, as the example for all, the Person of the Year. To be honored with this achievement is to know that you’ve demonstrated the ability to go above and beyond all aspects of your position – delivering beyond the expectations of the organization, making a unique difference within your role. Those who receive Person of the Year are awarded with an all-inclusive trip for two, joining all of the other People of the Year and members of the Gordon Family to celebrate in their achievements. Some of the People of the Year awards have included trips on a cruise ship to Alaska, a resort in Cabo San Lucas, Hawaii, the Olympics.
