A Gordon Food Service exclusive, our Nutrition Resource Center (NRC) has taken a lead role in evaluating and disseminating food safety information. The registered dietitians and certified food safety professionals in the NRC offer education programs, training tools and an information hotline to all customers. Gordon Food Service customers can sign up for this free service to receive periodic e-mails on such topics as industry trends, federal and state regulatory information, training tools, scheduled ServSafe classes, and new food safety products available through Gordon Food Service. This online service, available exclusively to Gordon Food Service customers, offers: This national food safety certification course is recognized by the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Model Food Code, and accredited by the Conference for Food Protection. One- and two-day classes are available to Gordon Food Service customers.
