My day starts at 6 a.m. every morning with my team. We work hard to make sure we all know what needs to be done before our day begins. I like how we work together to get the job done!
This position provides me with a lot of variety in my work—every day is different. I especially like to troubleshoot issues and conduct specialized repairs—that's where the real challenge is!
I'm so glad I can make a difference for my company and our customers because of the money-saving repairs. I'm kind of the "old school" where I believe if you can repair it, it's much better than spending money to replace it! I also keep the heaters running with old motor oil instead of natural gas, saving us more money all the time!
There are plenty of opportunities here if you want to move ahead—but right now—I'm happy where I am, doing what I love to do most!
