Event Pre-Registration Help
Overview
Pre-Registration allows you to enter important details prior to the show, in order to expedite the registration process when you arrive. You will still have to stop by registration to get important materials such as your name badge, stickers for ordering, and a map of the show.
Customer Number
Your customer number is located at the top of your invoice below the GFS Logo.
Multi-Unit Registration
If you make purchases for multiple locations or multiple customer numbers, you have the ability to pre-register for one, all, or any number of locations. If you have additional customer numbers attached to the customer number you enter you will automatically be redirected to a screen allowing you to enter other units you will be registering.
Price Discounts*
At the show you will find thousands of items on special. The special pricing will be valid during the show delivery period you choose. A list of items on special will be available at the registration area of the show or through your Customer Development Specialist two weeks before the show.
Incentives*
Contact your Customer Development Specialist to find out about any incentives offered for placing orders at the show.
Delivery Period*
This option lets you decide which time period you would like to receive food show deliveries and price discounts. This allows you to pick the option that best fits your needs.
Incentive Award Type
- Credit - The incentives you earn at the show will be credited to your account at the end of the delivery period.
- Gift Certificate * - The incentives you earn at the show will be given to you in the form of a Gift Certificate sent to you at the end of the delivery period. The gift certificate can be used at over 100 businesses and retailers.
