Jenny Bambacht is the Nutrition Coordinator in the Nutrition Resource Center at Gordon Food Service and has been in the position since February, 2015. Her responsibilities include assisting customers with nutrition, ingredient, allergen, and other general inquiries, coordinating ServSafe classes, providing Cycle Menu Management support, and invoicing. She received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness from Andrews University. Prior to joining the Nutrition Resource Center she worked in community nutrition for four years.
