What are the requirements to be considered for an internship?

Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program at a four year accredited college or university
Candidates major must be related to the internship for which they applied
Candidates must be in entering their Junior or Senior year by the start of their internship
Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be authorized to work in the US

Is this a paid internship?

Yes, interns are hourly employees.

How long does the internship last?

This is a 12 week program that starts in May and ends in August.

What if I am not from the area?

Gordon Food Service offers housing at no cost to the intern for students that do not reside in Kent County, MI.
