Cucumber and Mint Lassi

Cucumber and Mint Lassi


  • 1 ct. Markon Lime, halved
  • 4 oz. Ice
  • 1 c. Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 oz. Seedless Cucumber
  • 12 ct. Markon Mint Leaves
  • 2 tsp. GFS Clover Honey
  • to taste Kosher Salt

Recipe Preparation

1. Zest half a lime using a microplane.

2. Crush the ice in a blender.

3. Add yogurt to the ice and pulse.

4. Add the lime zest and remaining ingredients and purée until smooth.

5. Pour into a chilled glass or refrigerate until needed.
