Dipping Sauce for Vietnamese Chicken Sausage with Rice Noodles
- 8 Tbsp. Water
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
- 4 cloves Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
- 4 Tbsp. Minced Jalapeño
Wash hands. Combine ingredient in a small bowl with a whisk. CCP: Product must be cooled to a maximum internal temperature of 41ºF or less, within 4 hours.
