Rice bowl with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. ea. Shredded Chicken Breast
  • 3 ea. Cucumber Ribbons
  • 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, julienned
  • 1/4 Green Bell Pepper, julienned
  • 1/2 Watermelon Raddish
  • 1/4 Red Onion, julienned
  • 1/4 Shredded Radicchio
  • 1/2 c. Wild Rice
  • 1/2 c. Basmati Rice
  • 3 oz. Pepper Mill Dynamite Sauce

Recipe Preparation

1. In a small bowl, combine shredded chicken and Pepper Mill Dynamite sauce

2. In a separate bowl, mix together wild and basmati rice.
