Fresh Lime Vinaigrette
- 6 ct. Limes, 1 Tbsp. of zest, 1 c. of juice
- 2 Tbsp. Trade East Garden Seasoning
- 1 qt. Kitchen Essentials Olive Oil
Wash hands. Wash all fresh, unpackaged produce under running water.
Drain well. 1] Combine lime juice, zest, and seasoning in stainless-steel
mixing bowl. Mix well. 2] Whisk in olive oil. Season to taste with salt and
pepper. Transfer to a nonreactive storage container. Cover, label, date, and
refrigerate for future service. CCP: Refrigerate at 41°F, or below. Whisk well
before each use.
