General Mills Yoplait™ Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie


Makes 20 8-oz servings.
Peanut Butter Base


  • 8 cups Yoplait™ ParfaitPro Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 3/4 cups Peanut Butter, Creamy
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 qts. Whole Milk

Recipe Preparation

  1. Gather your ingredients: yogurt, peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk and whole milk.
  2. Combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk and yogurt.
  3. Gradually add milk and mix thoroughly, using food processor, large blender or stick blender.
  4. Scrape down sides of container to ensure all product is thoroughly mixed.
  5. Portion evenly into 20 individual cups.
  6. Garnish with whipped topping and/or sprinkles before service if desired.
