General Mills Yoplait™ Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
YieldMakes 20 8-oz servings.
- 8 cups Yoplait™ ParfaitPro Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 3/4 cups Peanut Butter, Creamy
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 qts. Whole Milk
- Gather your ingredients: yogurt, peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk and whole milk.
- Combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk and yogurt.
- Gradually add milk and mix thoroughly, using food processor, large blender or stick blender.
- Scrape down sides of container to ensure all product is thoroughly mixed.
- Portion evenly into 20 individual cups.
- Garnish with whipped topping and/or sprinkles before service if desired.
