Korean BBQ Skirt Steak


  • 8 oz. Halperns’ Outside Skirt Steak
  • 2 oz. Gordon Signature Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 6 oz. Recipe: Sautéed Bok Choy

Recipe Preparation

  1. Marinate the steak in barbecue sauce for several hours or overnight.
  2. Grill the beef to your desired doneness.
  3. Cut into thin slices, as desired.


  1. Place the bok choy on a serving plate and top with sliced skirt steak.
