  • ½ oz. Gordon Choice Sour Cream
  • ¼ tsp. Markon Chives

Recipe Preparation

To prepare à la carte:

1. Heat the soup and hold on the hot line steam well or soup kettle for service.

2. Per order, ladle the soup into a desired bowl and garnish with sour cream and chives.

3. Serve immediately.
