Pomegranate Glazed Beets with Moutabel


  • 6 oz. Recipe: Eggplant Moutabel
  • 4 oz. Recipe: Pomegranate Glazed Beets
  • ¼ oz. Pomegranate Seeds
  • ½ tsp. Markon Fresh Dill
  • as needed Pomegranate Molasses (Optional)

Recipe Preparation

  1. Spoon the eggplant moutabel on a serving plate in a concave round.
  2. Nest the beets on top of the eggplant moutabel.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh dill.
  4. Drizzle pomegranate molasses next to the eggplant moutabel (optional).
