Spiced Banana Lassi


  • 4 oz. Ice
  • 1 c. Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 4 oz. GFS Bananas, sliced
  • 2 tsp. GFS Clover Honey
  • ¼ tsp. Trade East Ground Ginger
  • ¼ tsp. Trade East Ground Allspice
  • to taste Kosher Salt

Recipe Preparation

1. Crush the ice in a blender.

2. Add yogurt and pulse into the ice.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and purée until smooth and fully incorporated.

4. Pour into a chilled glass or refrigerate until needed.
