Spinach Strawberry Salad

1 8-oz. portion Yield


  • 2 oz. Markon Ready-Set-Serve Baby Spinach
  • 3 oz. Markon Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Pepper Mill Raspberry Vinaigrette
  • 1 Tbsp. GFS Snowflake Coconut, toasted
  • 1/4 oz. GFS Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1/4 tsp. Trade East Sesame Seeds, toasted


1. Place spinach on a chilled serving plate. Sprinkle strawberries on top of the spinach. Drizzle raspberry vinaigrette over the top of the berries.

2. Sprinkle coconut, chow mein noodles and sesame seeds over the top of the salad.
