Allison Stock is a Registered Dietitian who works in the Nutrition Resource Center at Gordon Food Service. Her primary focus is writing healthcare menus for long-term care and assisted-living customers, in addition to training customers in the Cycle Menu Management software program. She attended Michigan State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with a specialization in Health Promotion.
