Jessie Waalkes, RD
Jessie Waalkes, RD, received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University. From there she completed a dietetic internship through Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Jessie worked in long-term care for four years, prior to joining the Nutrition Resource Center at Gordon Food Service in 2011. Her focus is providing accurate nutrition and food safety information to customers.
