ServSafe Training

ServSafe is recognized by the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Model Food Code and accredited by the Conference for Food Protection.

ServSafe classes are designed for food service managers, food and beverage directors, chefs, kitchen managers, dietitians, and dietary managers. Topics will include:

  • Food Handling
  • Personal Hygiene
  • HACCP
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
  • Pest Control
  • Food Safety Regulations and Standards
