Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Yield 2 8-oz. portions

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Plain Fat-Free Yogurt
  • 4 oz. Bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 4 oz. GFS Frozen Sliced Peaches
  • 1 oz. Markon Spinach
  • 1 tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Purée until smooth. Pour into a frozen 8 oz. bowl.

2. Garnish as desired. Recommended toppings: medjool dates, coconut flakes, slivered almonds, diced mango, hemp seeds and goji berries.
